General
These terms apply to orders placed with LABELLADS (PTY) LTD ("Label Lads", "we") through this website, WhatsApp or email. Prices are in South African Rand.
Personalised orders
Labels are printed exactly as you type them, including capital letters, spelling and spacing. Please check every line before you order. The online preview is for reference only and the printed label may vary slightly in size, colour and positioning.
An order is confirmed once we have received payment. We start printing after confirmation.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are the prices you pay for the product. Delivery is free on orders of R650 and more; for smaller orders the delivery fee is confirmed before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Shipping policy
We print to order and ship from Wolseley, Western Cape by courier to addresses in South Africa. Delivery times depend on your area and the courier. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
Return and refund policy
Because every label is personalised, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind or for spelling mistakes in the text you supplied.
If your labels arrive damaged, or there is a printing error on our side, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We will reprint the affected labels at no cost or, where a reprint is not possible, refund you for them.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Using our labels
Follow the application and care instructions on each product page and in our FAQ. Results depend on correct application and on the surface or fabric. Labels are not suitable for high-heat items such as pots, pans or oven-ware.
Coupons
Coupons and promotional codes are valid for the period and products stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.
