This policy explains what personal information Label Lads collects, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who we are
Label Lads is operated by LABELLADS (PTY) LTD, based in Wolseley, Western Cape, South Africa. For any privacy question, email labels@labellads.co.za or call 076 962 2255.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- Label text: the names and details you ask us to print, which may include a child’s name or class.
- Order details: products, quantities and payment status. We do not store card numbers; payments are handled by our payment provider.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
- Basic website data such as your cart, saved in your own browser.
Why we use it
- To print and deliver your labels.
- To confirm orders, payments and delivery with you.
- To answer your questions and quotes.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information and we do not use the names on your labels for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. Label text is kept only as long as we need it to print, reprint or resolve a query about your order.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
